How do I place the order?

  • Click on the desired collection
  • Browse the products on the page
  • Click on the product you wish to buy and visit the product page. Browse all images of the product
  • Select the desired color
  • Increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered and press “Add to Cart”
  • Click on continue shopping to buy more products and follow the same process
  • Once you are done, click on the cart image available on the top right side and click "Checkout"
  • Enter your email or contact number, select country from the dropdown list, enter your first and last name, and mention your address, city, and postal code (if available). Add your phone number in the last field. If you have a discount code available then add that in the discount code field and press apply
  • Press continue to shipping and select shipping method
  • Press continue to payment and make payment as per your preferred method
  • Once done, press complete order, and your order will be placed
  • Sit tight while our team will ensure delivery within the stipulated time

Do I require an account to place the order?

An account isn’t mandatory to shop from our website however it is highly recommended as it provides you access to a newsletter, updates, and a lot of new happenings. It also provides you the ease of access in terms of order tracking and saving your details for future shopping.

How do I buy discounted products?

Visit the Sale page available on the website to choose from a wide variety of sale items.

What is a discount code?

Discount code is shared as a result of promotions or give-away via our social media channels or official touchpoints (WhatsApp, Email, Phone, SMS, etc.). The discount code provides a certain % or fixed amount of discount to customers after placing the orders.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card

How will I know that you have received my order?

You will receive an email and/or text message confirming the details of your order.

What if I receive incorrect/damaged items or my order isn’t complete?

We are super cautious when delivering the packing and dispatching orders to valuable clients however in case of any mishap, please send us an email within 24 hrs of receiving the order and we’ll fix it by shipping the correct items.

How can I cancel my order?

You can get the order canceled before shipping. Please send us your order cancellation requests to shawlsbyaima1@gmail.com within the first 6 hours of placing your order. We won’t be able to cancel after this time.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge PKR 250 on orders amounting to PKR 10,000 or less and free shipping over this amount within Pakistan. For international shipping, we’ll be able to provide the exact shipping amount after order placement based on the location and zone you are in.
