• We don’t offer cash refunds

  • Refunds are offered in cases where no alternative or suitable product is available. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be defected or different than you ordered. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging. In case of payment via Debit/Credit Card, Easypaisa, or Jazz Cash, the amount refunded will be after the deduction of bank charges

  • Orders can be exchanged by sending us an email at admin@aimascollection.com along with the Order ID. Only unused and unaltered products will be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Shipment costs will be borne by the Company, in cases where a wrong or defective product was shipped to the customer

  • In case of the wrong shipping address is provided by the customer, the shipping cost of reattempt will be borne by the customer

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded

  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason

  • Products purchased at full price will be exchanged at the sale price, in case “Sale” goes live

  • For all international online orders, exchange or refund isn’t applicable

  • You can get the order canceled before shipping. Please send us your order cancellation requests to admin@aimascollection.com within the first 6 hours of placing your order. We won’t be able to cancel after this time

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or any other reason. In such circumstances, customers may be notified via email
